Role Description

As a Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the food and beverage operations across multiple establishments within our organization. Your role encompasses strategic planning, financial management, operational excellence, and team leadership to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive F&B strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Identify market trends and consumer preferences to innovate and enhance offerings.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set goals, targets, and budgets.
2. Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for F&B operations.
  • Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability, implementing cost-control measures where necessary.
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and maximize revenue opportunities.
3. Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverage, and service standards.
  • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for F&B operations.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
4. Menu Development and Pricing:
  • Oversee menu development, pricing strategies, and product sourcing.
  • Monitor menu performance and customer feedback to optimize offerings.
  • Introduce seasonal promotions, special events, and culinary innovations.
5. Staff Management and Training:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff across all levels.
  • Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
6. Guest Satisfaction:
  • Champion a culture of exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
  • Address guest feedback and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance guest experiences and loyalty.

7. Vendor and Supplier Relationships:
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Source new suppliers and products to maintain quality and competitiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in F&B management, preferably in a multi-unit or group setting.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of F&B industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation.
