Main Tasks:

• Welcoming Guests - check-in and check-out
• Providing information about the hotel
• Monitoring accounts
• Cooperation with other departments
• Drafting daily reports

• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Good Computer skills: Microsoft Office 
• High level of communication skills, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
