Job Description
The role is responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level technical support for services delivered to Vodafone Corporate customers, ensuring high service quality, SLA compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the first point of contact for corporate customers, handling inbound calls related to technical issues.
- Manage and resolve technical customer requests across a wide portfolio of services, including Fixed, Cloud, IoT, SD-WAN, and Firewall solutions.
- Perform 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting, identifying root causes and restoring services in line with agreed SLAs.
- Provide technical phone support to field technicians during on-site customer visits.
- Monitor network circuits and services, with a focus on VIP customers, ensuring proactive issue detection and resolution.
- Escalate complex incidents to 3rd level support when required, especially in cases of SLA violation.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates of incidents and requests in relevant support systems.
