Travel Advisor

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Advisor located in Marousi, Athens Greece.

The Travel Advisor will assist clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating travel arrangements
• Crafting personalized travel plans
• Consulting with customers to meet their travel needs. 

The role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality travel services and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to effectively handle client inquiries and ensure positive experiences.
• Expertise in Travel Arrangements and experience working in a Travel Agency.
• Strong Communication skills to interact with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and good organizational skills.
• Knowledge of travel industry regulations and trends is a plus.
• Fluency in Greek, very good knowledge of English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
