Περιγραφή

Optimal HR Group, on behalf of its client, a partner of Vodafone, is looking for a Fixed Services Delivery Technician.
The Fixed Services Delivery Technician is responsible for performing Converged Telephony and Internet Services activation in direct contact with Business Customers and / or field technicians.



Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer infrastructure and confirm that the correct solution is offered to Business Customers
• Perform all required actions in order to activate Converged Products and Services to customer’s premises, also doing all Vodafone internal coordination activities that follow the delivery of the means
• Run health checks and on boarding calls to make sure customer enjoys the full range of product capabilities, as per Vodafone standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues which arise during activation and until handover to the support team
• Organize field technician visits to customer’s premises in order to perform site survey, install the CPE, make line measurements whenever the relevant need arises
• Broad experience of supporting major corporate customers through virtual teams, suppliers, contractors and integrators
 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• Good general and technical education with qualifications in telecommunications, electronics and computing, TEI or University degree
• Thorough knowledge, end to end, of fixed voice telecommunication network operation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• NPS and TNPS
• Delivery time
• Correct implementation to cover customers’ needs


Core Competences, knowledge and experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in administration of technology services (Fixed telephony – PBX administration)
• Very good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Logical approach to problem solving and self-motivation
• Taking initiative, being alerted, have a sense of urgency
• Ability to retain knowledge and cross-match new problems with previous ones (problem-solving skills)
• Strong customer orientation attitude
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work under pressure with strict time deadlines
• Ability to work as a team member and interact with other departments
• A good command of written and spoken English
