MED SEA HEALTH S.A. is looking to recruit for its 5* Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort in Paliouri, Kassandra, Halkidiki for the season of 2023:

The role
Plan, direct and oversee all beach operations including managing staff, ensuring product and service standards are met and implementing and maintaining procedures for maximum operating efficiency.

Responsibilities

•  Create effective schedules and ensure that the bar/restaurant is adequately staffed during peak hours
•  Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to meet set standards
•  Monitor cleanliness and hygiene in the beach area
•  Train staff to provide excellent service
•  Resolve guest complaints promptly
•  Cost control & food beverage tracking,
•  Promote sales
•  Maintain close and clear communication with the F&B Manager to reach goals.

•  Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated professional eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team
•  Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a high-paced luxury environment
•  Relevant experience in a restaurant/bar, ideally within a hotel environment
•  Fluency in English (verbal)
•  Degree/Diploma in Mixology/Winery would be a plus
•  Proven experience of managing a small or bigger team within an F & B environment
