We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a customer support role connected to a financial services company that provides online payment solutions for freelancers and small and medium-sized businesses.

As a Customer Advisor with French, you will support customers with questions related to their accounts and services, making sure they receive clear, accurate, and professional assistance through incoming calls and email.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming customer calls and emails.
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Building trust-based relationships through clear and professional communication.
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
• Handling customer cases within the required quotas.

Requirements:

• French language skills at a native level.
• English language skills at a B2 level.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Availability to work Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 22:00.

• Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 06:00-22:00.
• Full-time role.
