Περιγραφή

Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of EASO, an agency of European Union, acting as the centre of expertise of asylum, for dynamic professionals to cover the following positions: EASO Reception Officers.

Job Description
• Assist in the implementation of activities aiming at fostering the exchange of information and best practices on reception systems within the framework of the CEAS;
• Assist in the development of methodologies and tools for EASO support for the implementation of CEAS in the field of Reception, particularly on the Directive on reception conditions for asylum-seekers;
• Assist in further developing practical tools on sharing reception capacity in the EU, as well as on their implementation;
• Support RIS in the planning and implementation of targeted support projects;
• Support the EASO Coordinator in the strategic planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting on the deliverables of these measures;
• Facilitate the roll out of EASO trainings on reception;
• Support in the briefing and induction of new staff, including MS experts and interims;
• Plan and facilitate weekly team meetings in Athens;
• Prepare and update relevant project management documents;
• Support in the development and provide expertise/inputs on the content of tools, trainings, etc;
• Support the EASO Measure Coordinator with liaison and coordination with RIS;
• Act as a liaison with RIS technical and administrative Focal Points to facilitate efficient and effective implementation of support measures, including planning of specific events/meetings/deployments, ad-hoc urgent matters, interpreters, logistical arrangements;
• Collect and compile reports (statistical and narrative) related the RIS support measures on a bi-weekly and monthly basis as agreed with EASO monitoring/reporting colleagues;
• Perform any other tasks in the interest of the service, relevant for the specific profile. 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• Previous University degree is required; post-graduate degree will be an advantage;
• Demonstrated previous experience in relevant tasks is required; Experience in the field within the migration and reception context will be an advantage;
• Very good understanding of the Greek migration and reception context is required;
• Fluency in English (oral and written);
• Computer literacy, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel), use of internet and web based applications;
• Very good intercultural/interdisciplinary communication skills.
