Aeternal Hotels & Hospitality, a real estate developer of multi awarded projects like Nos Hotel and Villas, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer based in Glyfada.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit Income Tax Returns
- Create budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to established budgets
- Review financial statements as well as financial information and identify any direct accounting & tax risks
- Calculate tax payable and deferred tax movements
- Prepare reports such as profit and loss statements, cash flow analyses, or balance sheets
- Assist in group management accounting of tax budgets and forecasts.
- Income Tax Return calculations and disclosures
- Preparing tax returns for companies.
- Mentor members to perform direct tax tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Be compliant with accounting & tax legislation
