Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter (to manage Exagon’s growth and attract, interview and hire suitable and talented employees for various roles in our company.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Qualifications

• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Excellent use of MS Office
• Proficient or Advanced in English language
• Proven work experience on HR department or similar role of 2-3 years
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
