Οn behalf of our client, a 5* Hotel in Metsovo member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the world, UWORC is recruiting a Front Office Agent for year round occupation.

  • Maximum of 8 working hours per day.
  • One day off per week.
  • Year round occupation.
  • All wages and benefits are included as required by law.
  • One meal per day.
  • Accommodation in single room outside the establishment.

The Role:

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a warm welcome upon arrival.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and accurately recorded.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, providing accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Manage guest reservations, including processing bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Assist with concierge services such as arranging transportation, booking tours, and making restaurant reservations.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, seeking resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  • Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence and contribute to a positive work environment.

  • Previous experience in a front office or guest service role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and other computer systems.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and amenities is desirable.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
