Job Title: Transformation Director
Department: IT
Office Location: Chalkis Thessaloniki

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive vision and strategy for the transformation initiative, aligning it with the organization’s overarching goals. Conduct detailed assessments to identify improvement opportunities and change avenues
  • Engage key stakeholders across the organization, including senior executives and frontline employees, to secure buy-in and support for the initiative. Communicate change effectively, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative culture
  • Formulate and execute detailed change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and minimize resistance. Assess transformation impacts and strategize to navigate challenges and barriers
  • Direct the execution of transformation projects, defining scope, timelines, and deliverables. Employ project management methodologies and tools to track progress, manage resources, risks, resolve issues, and adjusting plans as necessary to stay on course
  • Work closely with various teams and departments to ensure cohesive effort and integration across the organization, promoting the sharing of insights and best practices
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to gauge the initiative's success and impact, utilizing data to steer continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
  • Cultivate an environment of innovation, agility, and ongoing enhancement, launching initiatives to bolster organizational capabilities and support the transformation goals
  • Provide transparent and consistent updates on the progress and achievements of the transformation efforts to all stakeholders, maintaining clear and aligned communication throughout the journey
  • Identify potential risks associated with transformation initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards throughout the process
Required Education/ Qualifications/ Other Accreditations:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related STEM field
  • Proven track record of at least 8 years in a leadership role managing large-scale organizational transformations and teams, with demonstrated success in achieving significant business improvements
  • Ability to craft and implement comprehensive strategies
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams through change
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate visions and influence stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of change management principles and practices
  • Proficient in managing projects, including budgeting and resource allocation
  • Must be a visionary leader with a strong work ethic, adaptable to dynamic environments, and possess the capacity to inspire change across all levels of the organization
