There is an opportunity for the position of Operations Controller to join our Operations Department in Athens International Airport, Greece.
The role requires close cross functional interaction with Customer Service, Administration, Suppliers, and Airport Authorities.
Job description:
- Organizing and implementing smooth running of day-to-day client service requests, build and maintain relationships with customers through delivering exceptional services and providing high standards
- Receiving and answering complex enquiries from clients and deciding the right way to resolve or escalate issues while ensuring an excellent client experience
- Offering timely and successful delivery of our services, on and off field, based on customer needs and ensuring that clients are satisfied
- Act as a liaison between the relevant parties to ensure customer expectations are met
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence according to the company’s standards and procedures
- Support Operations department on further business processes improvement to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in airport operations
- Bachelor’s degree will be considered an asset
- Excellent knowledge of both Greek & English, any other language will be considered as a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office (mandatory)
- Driving License (mandatory)
- Customer service oriented
- Must have proven ability to be flexible, multi-tasking and work under pressure in a high demand environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle and resolve issues independently and quickly when raised
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail
