Your main purpose
- Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal advice across various departments, aligning with business objectives
- Contract Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and review of commercial and supplier agreements
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Perform risk assessments for business activities and advise on strategies to mitigate legal risks
- Transactional Support: Collaborate with external counsel and internal teams on legal aspects of acquisitions and strategic transactions
- Dispute Resolution: Manage disputes to achieve resolutions that minimize legal exposure and favor the company
- Policy Development and Legal Research: Aid in developing internal policies to reflect legal standards and conduct in-depth legal research and analysis
What will you bring?- Bachelor’s degree in Greek Law
- At least 6 years as a Legal Counsel, with experience in both law firm and in-house roles
- Experience in real estate and/or hospitality industry is highly valued
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent in analyzing problems and formulating solutions
- Effective communication both in Greek and English, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally
