• Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised via inbound calls, mail, and online chat for customers to resolve any issues
• Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions)
• Have good MS Office skills
• Have strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  

• Full Professional Proficiency in German
• Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written)
• Tech savvy
• Previous experience in the field will be considered as an asset
• Genuinely excited to respond to customers’ queries and problem-solving oriented
• Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and passionately communicative
