The Customer Support Representative will have the below responsibilities:

• Handle all client inquiries and provide order information
• Receive, process and monitor customer orders using SAP, ensuring accuracy and completion
• Manage and ensure the timely processing and delivery of orders
• Coordinate special customer requirements, such as product returns, sample shipments, and pricing lists
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Logistics) for smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and maintain data accuracy

For the Customer Support Representative role you need to have:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or order processing
• Excellent English (written & spoken)
• SAP and MS Office proficiency
• Strong organizational and  communication skills
• Results-driven with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
