Requirements:
-Excellent knowledge one from below (Romanian/Polish/Serbian/Bulgarian/Hungarian) and English language
- Category B driving license
-Studies,certifications or courses in the field of tourism is desirable
- Previous experience of working in a customer service or travel/ tourism role will consider as an advantage
Job description:
The job involves going to Greece for a period of about 5 months (during the May-October season).
• Coordinate/accompanied daily tours and the transfer from airoport to resorts
• Tour representatives may be 'on call' 24 hours a day.
• Prepares informative material for tourists
• Provides information to the group, both before and during the program
• Resolving conflict with clients
• Referring complaints and problems to senior management
