LMW, on behalf of its client, a leading cultural and nonprofit organization with significant social impact and operational complexity, is seeking to recruit a Finance Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
The position is part of the Finance Department and reports to the Financial Controller, supporting accounting, financial control, and reporting activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and reconcile management systems related to commercial operations (e.g. Parking, Memberships, Bikes, etc.)
- Monitor and reconcile daily reports from Food & Beverage operators
- Support the expense approval process, including recording approvals and tracking pending items
- Assist in the preparation and execution of organizational payments
- Support the preparation of donation payment requests by collecting supporting documents, payment records, and related materials
- Perform monthly reconciliations of customers and suppliers
- Maintain and manage financial and accounting records
- Handle additional ad hoc finance-related tasks as required
