Receptionist (Ref: ES/REC21)

Job Description:

The role: Is responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to the guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the efficient operation of the Front Office engaging in all related tasks and procedures (check in-out, welcoming guests, payments/orders process, deal with any special requests, complaints etc.)
• Build full knowledge of Resort and hotel facilities, services and local area
• Upsell additional Resort facilities and services
• Monitor front office expenses, order material supplies and all necessary hotel documents
• Maintain at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
• Ensure excellent response to all guest requests / complaints; maintain confidentiality of guests information and follow proper protocol

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and of at least one PMS software (ie. Protel,)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, problem solving person
• Pleasant personality with enviable customer service skills, a team player passionate about the job and focused on providing high quality results
