On behalf of our client a Luxury Boutique Hotel in Mykonos , UWORC is looking for a dedicated and results driven Housekeeping Manager.
The ideal candidate should have excellent management skills and be able to ensure that housekeeping operations run efficiently by all aspects.

The Role :
• Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
• Overseeing the daily operations of Housekeeping, managing arrivals, departures, stay overs and extra rooms.
• Scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
• Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
• Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
• Maintains inventory of amenities, chemicals and other supplies to ensure items are in stock and reorders in timely manner.
• Facilitate positive and effective communication between Housekeeping and Guest Services.
• Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages.
Skills that can make you outstand in this role:

• Hospitality Degree will be considered an asset.
• Previous experience in similar position in luxury brands.
• Working knowledge of housekeeping.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to multitask.
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills.
