ICAP Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of Onassis Foundation, is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused and service-oriented Sales Advisors (Part-Time) to join its premium retail destination.

Sales Advisors – Part time (6302/SA/RS/GR)

The new culture-led retail initiative brings together premium multi-brand retail categories, evolving collaborations, and space for fashion to exist in proximity to cultural production, performance, discourse, and contemporary thought within a single, coherent environment.

The selected candidates will support the day-to-day operation of the retail concept while contributing to a welcoming and engaging customer experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Deliver a friendly, professional, and engaging customer experience throughout the shopping journey
• Provide product, brand, designer, and retail activation information while contributing to the achievement of store sales objectives
• Develop strong knowledge of the retail offer, including fashion, accessories, books, objects, collaborations, and cultural products
• Maintain excellent shop-floor standards through product presentation, visual merchandising, and seasonal activations
• Process transactions accurately and support the smooth day-to-day operation of the store
• Support stock replenishment, deliveries, inventory counts, and product organization
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support launches, workshops, events, social media activities, and the creation of a welcoming environment that reflects the values and cultural identity of the retail concept

Requirements:

• This role is ideal for early-career professionals interested in developing their experience in retail, customer experience, and contemporary culture
• Genuine interest in fashion, design, contemporary culture, and customer experience
• Strong willingness to learn about products, designers, brands, retail activations, and emerging trends
• Previous experience in retail, fashion or customer service will be considered an advantage
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, events, and peak trading periods
• Very good command of both the English and Greek languages
• Additional languages will be considered an asset
