Are you a passionate and detail-oriented hospitality enthusiast? On behalf of our client, a 5* Boutique Hotel in Mykonos, we are recruiting a Barista/Bartender for the upcoming season of 2023.
As a part of the bar team, you will meet people from all over the world through providing excellent guest services. In order to be successful in this job you must be friendly, organized and creative, meeting guest satisfaction standards at all times.

- Maximum of 9 working hours per day.

The Role:
- Craft a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision and creativity, adhering to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of mixology trends, ingredients, and techniques to innovate and enhance our beverage offerings.
- Provide warm, attentive, and personalized service to all guests, anticipating their preferences and exceeding their expectations.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations, answering questions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean bar area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Manage beverage inventory, including stock levels, replenishment, and rotation, to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.
- Work closely with other members of the food and beverage team to coordinate service and uphold seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, contributing to a positive work environment built on mutual respect and cooperation.
- Utilize suggestive selling techniques to promote premium beverages, special promotions, and seasonal offerings, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end hospitality setting, preferably within a luxury boutique hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology fundamentals, including cocktail preparation, presentation, and garnishing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering impeccable service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the business.
- Fluent proficiency in English; additional languages, especially Greek, are advantageous.
