Main Duties & Responsibilities
- ERP Budget Management: Oversee the accurate and timely entry of budgets into the Group's ERP systems based on data from the Technical Office.
- Budget Progress Monitoring: Track the progress of budgeted items including contracts, purchase orders, certifications, invoices, and payments. Report on actions needed to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.
- Accruals vs. Accounting Control: Conduct monthly reconciliation between Accruals and Accounting, ensuring that all stakeholders provide their inputs on time.
- Cost and Cash Flow Analysis: Prepare and present actual cost versus budget and reforecasts on a monthly basis for all Group projects, covering both cost and cash flow aspects.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate coordination between teams to guarantee the timely delivery of budget-related information.
- Cost Reporting: Provide critical cost-related input for compiling reports to senior management, aiding in strategic decision-making.
