IT Business Application Specialist for HR & Crew applications

Optimum requires an IT Business Application Specialist for HR & Crew applications with industry recognized IT qualifications, to administrate, maintain and support such systems.

Duties:
Duties include but not limited to, 1st level support issues (import data, troubleshooting), resolve day to day queries and create reports.

• 2 years working experience in similar position
• Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (experience in Crew HR Systems such as Netvision Compas, Adonis and HRMS systems, such as Ramco HCM)
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Essential Crewing Operations & HR processes
• SOX compliance
• Segregation of duties
• English fluency and ability to travel are prerequisites
• Working experience in Shipping industry will be considered an asset
