Vacation rental company is hiring:

Account Performance Manager (Elevate Program)

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead the onboarding process of newly contracted clients
  • Ensure proper setup of the clients’ accounts in TravelStaytion Platform and Travel Distribution Channels
  • Coordinate material and data collection from client, and ensure smooth and timely accomplishment of the setup process
  • Make sure that listings are correctly imported to our platform
  • Deliver high quality and high quantity of calls at scale to achieve quarterly targets
  • Communicate daily with a portfolio of Partners and act as their primary point of contact
  • Educate and train clients on new technology (new features and tools offered by Travelstaytion software)
  • Μanage and maximise current key accounts by identifying and capturing those that offer revenue growth
  • Identify and report to the Senior Account Manager potential business and partnership opportunities
  • Check all newly onboarded accounts and prepare introduction to property managers in order to build a strong relationship
  • Report feedback from partners regarding product enhancements and processes to the Senior Account Management
  • Be constantly up to date about market trends, growth opportunities or anomalies
  • Register all Account information to company’s CRM system
  • Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals, and/or strategic objectives) set in cooperation with the leadership team
  • Researching the market to support business decisions and company development
  • Overall involvement and improvement of our day-to-day business operations

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in customer support or web production agencies is required. (Experience in online travel agent and/or channel manager will be considered as a plus
  • Tenacity and passion for account management and fine-tuning processes
  • Familiarisation with PMS, Channel Manager, pricing and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Prior experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Multi-tasking and strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills in both Greek and English
  • Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls and texts
  • Highly responsive and reliable with strong attention to detail
  • Possess superior customer relations skills and deliver complete hospitality to your guests
  • Energetic and responsive - you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
