Software Engineer
Job Description
• Be in charge of software configuration and platform manager (activities onboard ships under construction or maintenance and integration platform)
• Identify, control and monitor the platform configuration
• Maintain the operational equipment on the integration and operational platforms, both on Naval Group’s premises, providers’ sites and on-board ships
• Deploy the different software versions and patches
• Participate to the integration and qualification software process
• Investigate the software behaviour and deliver the first defect analysis
• Actively participate in definition of verification infrastructure
• Participate in team internal and cross-functional collaboration with design, software and hardware teams across multiple sites, to ensure a successful product delivery
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor Electrical Engineering, ICT or any other related discipline
• Master’s degree will be considered a plus
• Experience as a Software development engineer
• Coding and software tests
• Software configuration tools and management
• Programming languages (C++, C as a priority; java is strongly preferred)
• Hands- on experience with Linux technologies
• Software applicable standards
• Experience in Software configuration management and software platform management
• Greek: native language; English: fluent; French: nice to have but not mandatory
• Ability for navigation (sea trials)
• Flexibility to travel in France for a period up to 18 months with intervals
