People Analytics Specialist (Ref. 6013/PAS/ESS/GR) – Hybrid
About the Role:
The People Analytics Specialist will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data to support HR initiatives and business decisions. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards & People Analytics, the role focuses on turning data into actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and analysis that enhance HR processes and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and analyze HR data (e.g., headcount, turnover, productivity, engagement).
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide clear insights into HR and business leaders.
- Apply analytical tools and methods to support workforce planning, rewards and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Support HR projects related to employee engagement, performance management and organizational planning.
- Provide data-driven insights to the Head of Total Rewards & People Analytics for use in strategic decision-making.
