On behalf of one of the most luxurious hotels in Paphos, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to take full responsibility for the management and operation of the hotel’s bar outlets. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the daily operation of the bars
- Lead, train, and supervise the bar team
- Ensure a high level of guest service in line with luxury hotel standards
- Control stock, orders, and cost management
- Create and update the cocktail menu in cooperation with management
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and discretion
