Sales and Training Consultant

Job Description

• Develop & deliver product training programs to dealers & end users.
• Ensure sales teams develop their sales skills through product knowledge & create best customer experience.
• Participate in various outdoor end user activity (events, demos & hands on)
• Responsibilities include teaching presentation and persuasion techniques to new hires, simulating sales scenarios and preparing training programs that cover knowledge gaps.
• Requires visiting retail stores to work closely with salespeople on a regular basis
• Determine training needs (new or existing product ranges) – work closely with marketing & sales teams
• Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material requirements

• Graduate degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience 
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, specific in Excel and Power Point
• Passionate - Well organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities
• Genuine interest for the tools
• Availability to travel and visit network retail stores, as needed
• Excellent presentation & communication skills
