Ingroup is seeking, on behalf of a leading multinational company operating in the FMCG and consumer healthcare sector a Sales Support Administrator.
The successful candidate will join the commercial team and play a key role in supporting sales operations, administrative processes, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch sales and implementation materials to customers and partners
- Create, manage, and follow up on departmental Purchase Orders (POs)
- Create and maintain customer accounts/cards through internal systems
- Manage sample stock inventory, including stock counts, replenishment, organization, and storage management
- Support the organization of internal meetings and company events
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the commercial department
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales support documentation
- Monitor pending requests and ensure timely follow-up
