The Role:
The Rooster is a holistic hospitality

We are seeking to recruit for Season 2026
passionate, hardworking, guest-focused, and enthusiastic individuals who thrive
in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering thoughtful,
personalized services.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Maintain a willingness to please attitude and give undivided
attention to any approaching guest
- Assure the smooth flow of traffic on the drive by directing
guest cars to the appropriate position
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and alert position at the hotel
entrance.
- Be familiar with the layout of the hotel and provide guest services
and guidance
- Provide information to guests about the hotel facilities and
services
Requirements:
- Past hotel/resort experience preferred in a luxury setting
- Previous guest services experience preferred
- Excellent command (oral & written) of Greek and English
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and proactive. Ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork
