Περιγραφή

Eden View Suites and Villas is seeking a dedicated and service-driven Front Office Agent to support daily front desk operations and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role works closely with the Front Office team and management to ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures, and overall guest satisfaction.Duties:

  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression of the property
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in person, by phone, or via email
  • Provide detailed information about suites, villas, hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the property management system
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest rooms are ready and guest needs are met
  • Process payments, invoices, and daily cashiering procedures according to hotel policies
  • Assist with guest requests such as transportation, restaurant reservations, and activity arrangements
  • Support upselling initiatives by promoting room upgrades and additional services
  • Monitor lobby and front desk operations to ensure a welcoming and professional environment at all times
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and documentation in the reservation system
  • Prepare daily reports and communicate important operational information to the management team
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
  • Represent Eden View Suites and Villas with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail at all times

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an asset
  • Previous experience in a front office, guest services, or hospitality role (1–3 years preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive guest relationships
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional, friendly, and solution-focused approach
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
  • Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
