Car Rental Manager – Zakynthos & Kefalonia (Season 2026)
OK Mobility franchisee has over 10 years of experience in the Car Rental market, being a professional and trustworthy company that provides a wide fleet of fully equipped vehicles, including some of the best and newest models on the market.
For the 2026 season, we are seeking to recruit a dynamic, organized and commercially oriented Manager for our offices in Zakynthos and Kefalonia, who will lead the local team and ensure operational excellence.
The Key Responsibilities are:
- Lead, supervise and motivate the rental agents, ensuring high performance and smooth daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service standards across all rental interactions
- Monitor and manage fleet availability, vehicle rotations, cleaning schedules and maintenance coordination
- Optimize sales opportunities by guiding the team to promote upgrades and additional products
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and operational issues effectively
- Ensure full compliance with company procedures, rental policies and local regulations
- Oversee cash handling, contracts accuracy, daily reports and station KPIs
- Collaborate closely with headquarters for performance updates and operational planning
