The Key Responsibilities are:
• Lead, supervise and motivate the rental agents, ensuring high performance and smooth daily operations
• Ensure excellent customer service standards across all rental interactions
• Monitor and manage fleet availability, vehicle rotations, cleaning schedules and maintenance coordination
• Optimize sales opportunities by guiding the team to promote upgrades and additional products
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and operational issues effectively
• Ensure full compliance with company procedures, rental policies and local regulations
• Oversee cash handling, contracts accuracy, daily reports and station KPIs
• Collaborate closely with headquarters for performance updates and operational planning
The Key Requirements are:
• Proven experience in Team Leadership, ideally within Car Rental, Hospitality or Tourism
• Strong customer service and commercial mindset
• Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Competence in Microsoft Office; knowledge of car rental systems considered an asset
• Driving license
• Ability to work under pressure and make fast, effective decisions
