- Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised via free phone lines, mail and online chat for customers regarding the tracking of their orders and other queries
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
- Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or FAQs (frequently asked questions)
