General Project Manager

In this pivotal role, the General Project Manager will spearhead wind project administration, resource planning, and coordination, driving the successful execution of groundbreaking projects that shape our sustainable future in the wind sector.

• Administer projects in SAP for timely dissemination of information to all stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks, anticipate issues, and implement countermeasures.
• Coordinate workflow optimization concepts with internal departments.
• Manage resource planning for teams, logistics, and equipment.
• Lead and control internal and external project participants, providing technical leadership support.
• Act as the main contact for customers, authorities, and internal/external experts.
• Ensure compliance with audit reports and complete documentation.
• Responsible for external and internal reporting as required.
• Oversee projects from contract signature to completion, including structured handover meetings.

As a General Project Manager, you need to have the following skills:

• Degree in Engineering
• Proven Previous Experience in project management of renewable energy wind projects for at least 5-7 years.
• Experience in Large Scale Wind parks will be considered as a plus.
• Experience in EPC contract development and understanding.
• Experience in developing cost estimates and project budgets
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
