Panthermica based in Thessaloniki is looking for an E- shop (Magento 2) - Social Media Manager.
The Manager’s role would be split as follows:
E-Shop
- You will be responsible for overviewing our eCommerce department
- Your role will involve the delivery of online sales through direct management of our eCommerce
platform and establishing systems and best practices
- You’ll be expected to deliver maximum online revenue, increase customer acquisition,
engagement and retention
- You will be confident with web analytics and a variety of back end eCommerce systems
Operations
- Day-to-day management of the eCommerce website including; product and content upload,
writing product descriptions, site optimisation and merchandising
- Liaising with our suppliers on content delivery (e.g. pictures), key information
- Running the logistics for customer delivery, customer returns and return to brand for items.
Marketing
- Social Media management, create content, we have a large database of content (pictures)
- Work with our digital marketing team to help drive new customer acquisition via channels
including; SEO, Paid Social Media, and Affiliate links
- Help to actively grow subscriber database and drive data capture initiatives within the business
- Manage eCommerce product photography shoots where applicable
