We are a leading construction and real estate development company, dedicated to maximizing the value and efficiency of our diverse real estate portfolio.We are looking to expand our team with a Real Estate Asset Management Associate who will play a key role in overseeing and enhancing the performance of our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management of real estate assets, including maintenance, tenant relations, and lease management.
- Develop and implement strategies for property improvement, space optimization, and cost reduction.
- Conduct market analysis to set competitive lease rates and identify opportunities for expansion or divestiture.
- Coordinate with property managers and other stakeholders to ensure properties meet regulatory compliance and environmental standards.
- Prepare financial forecasts, manage budgets, and report on property performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or Civil Engineering related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate asset management or a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing commercial properties, with a focus on retail and multi-tenant buildings.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with real estate investment analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
