Finance & Administration Senior Officer / Manager

Contract: Full Time / Permanent

Your main responsibilities

  • Monitor the treasury and cash flow (weekly cash balances reports, cash flow projection and assessment, coordination of the end-to-end payment runs process, bank reconciliation files with management reporting)
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of companies’ (Lux companies and companies forming part of the International Finance structure)
  • Contribute to the preparation of accounting and financial statements (day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly reporting, standalone annual accounts, etc.)
  • Prepare Budgets/Forecasts
  • Keep track of the VAT and Direct Taxes (preparation / review of the periodic and annual VAT returns, WHT declarations and review of the direct taxes annual returns prepared by an external service provider, ensure full company compliance by assessing and understanding the Company’s tax situation, handle transfer pricing related matters)
  • Prepare and participate in the quarterly board meetings
  • Contribute to the management of shareholder relationships through day-to-day contact, set-up and draft the legal documents linked to the capital calls and prepare Shareholders’ meetings package
  • Work with the Teams on ensuring full compliance for KYC/AML
  • Curry out the coaching / training / and onboarding of the junior member(s) of the team
  • Work on internal projects and group global projects involving Luxembourg and other international “satellite entities”, aimed at integrating systems, and continuously improving the day-to-day management of the companies, in collaboration with local and international teams (i.e., SoPs, migration program, TP Framework, automation projects)
  • Be involved in non-recurrent transactions and any other duties as assigned by the manager

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Your main qualifications/skills
  • Proven relevant experience of minimum 4-6 years
  • University degree / diploma in Accounting & Finance or Economics
  • Understanding of taxation (VAT issues, Income tax and withholding taxes)
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, particularly MS Excel, etc.)
  • Good command of BOB50
  • Fluency in English
  • Good command of a second language (French, German, Russian) would be a plus
