Role Description
• Accountability in one key service area of HR consulting. Project management, business development and client relations in this particular area.
• Participation in HR projects such as Assessment and Development Centers, Career Transition, Training and Coaching, Psychometrics, 360 feedback, Performance Management etc.
• Innovation management. Importing knowledge and technology and developing new service lines.
