Main Responsibilities
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations for activities, dining, and entertainment
- Relay important information and updates to guests promptly and accurately
- Liaise with department heads and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of guest requests
- Utilize communication tools effectively to manage guest inquiries, requests, and feedback
- Continuously expand knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and offerings to better serve guests
What will you bring?
- Previous experience in a concierge or guest services role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation software, and other relevant technology
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in multiple languages preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
