Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of Pepsico, a large multinational company in the FMCG sector, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:


Supply Planner (Raw Material Sector)


Job Description

• Enables product supply for the commercial change agenda: reviews projects & provides insight on feasibility & potential capacity, service, cost impacts
• Supports launches & phase in/phase out changes by ensuring supply planning systems are set up in advance effectively
• Understanding and verification of advanced statistical modelling changes
• Analyzes relationship between promotional activities, new products introductions and seasonal impact on product demand.
• Reviews all promo activities and their effectiveness related to volumes & timing accuracy and apply in future promotions.
• Ensures that unconstrained demand forecast is aligned with supply ability – and in case of gap to coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders/client
• Communicates changes to the scheduling teams, & the supply plan through the appropriate channels.
• Parameter set up & maintenance in JDA
• Ensures consistent and adequate supply (Specification, Quality, Cost efficient)
• Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of his/her portfolio
• Liaising with external stakeholders
• Manages inventory of his/her portfolio

Candidate Profile

• At least two (2) years of supply chain planning experience
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
• Understanding the links between production plans, plant AOP’s, productivity initiatives and customer service
• Excellent level of English language
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially excel)
• Strong communication / facilitation skills
• Planning – thinking skills, highly numerate with decision-making and judgement skills
• Time management skills while working under pressure
• Detail and goal oriented
• Initiative, innovative and creative
