Join a fast-growing multinational company in Real Estate & Hospitality
We are expanding across Europe and looking for a responsible, detail-oriented Accounting & Reporting Analyst (Operations) to work hands-on with the numbers and help us keep tight financial control as we scale.
This is not an admin role. You'll work with transactions, reconciliations, invoices, reporting packs, and KPI tracking.
Responsibilities
1) Accounting Operations (Numbers-first)
- Record and control financial transactions from reservation platforms and our PMS .
- Collect, verify, and organize supplier invoices and receipts (AP control).
- Track payments, utilities, and recurring expenses; maintain a clear payment schedule.
- Keep documentation clean and audit-ready (folders, naming, supporting files).
2) Reconciliation & Control
- Reconcile platform payouts vs reservations and bank movements.
- Flag and resolve mismatches (missing invoices, wrong VAT, incorrect charges).
- Maintain vendor lists, due dates, and payment status (aging).
3) Reporting, P&L Support, and KPIs
- Prepare monthly reporting pack for management and external accountant:
- Revenue summary by property
- Cost categories and variance notes
- P&L control checks (what changed and why)
- Update budget and KPI trackers (template provided):
- Revenue per apartment, cleaning cost per stay, maintenance cost ratio, gross margin indicators.
4) Tax / Declarations Support (Documentation)
- Prepare supporting files for VAT/tax declarations and coordinate with the external accountant.
- Ensure tax settings and documentation are consistent across invoices and platforms.
Requirements (Must-have)
- 3+ years of experience in accounting/financial operations.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, lookups; you should be comfortable with data).
- High accuracy and attention to detail—no missed invoices, no sloppy records.
- Strong ownership: you follow up until issues are closed.
- High level English + Greek (written and spoken).
- Relevant education in Accounting / Finance / Economics.

- Experience with hospitality / short-term rentals
- Experience with PMS, Airbnb, Booking financial flows
