Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our esteemed Wind Measurement and Calibration Lab. Responsibilities:- Lead the mechanical design and manufacturing efforts within the Wind Measurement and Calibration Lab.
- Utilize advanced 3D CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, to develop and optimize mechanical systems and components for offshore applications.
- Apply expertise in sheet metal design to create durable and efficient structures for offshore wind measurement equipment.
- Conduct thorough structural analysis to ensure the reliability and performance of measurement devices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical solutions seamlessly into larger systems.
- Proficiently use MS Office suite for documentation and reporting purposes.
Requirements:- Master's degree (MSc) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Senior Mechanical Engineer
- Expertise in 3D CAD software, with a strong emphasis on SolidWorks proficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of sheet metal design principles and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated experience in structural analysis techniques and software tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
