LMW is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
International HR Operations Assistant to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The role will be based at the company's headquarters in Athens.
Responsibilities- Provide support to international customers regarding the HR services and resolve their inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation
- Act as a point of contact for international employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and providing support as needed
- Stay informed about labour laws and employment regulations
- Support the administration of international employee benefits programs
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
- Perform back office duties-organize relevant information in Excel files, set proper reminders, conduct filing
