As a Junior Procurement Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Management of procurement requests. 
• Collaboration with various company departments for the correct formation of procurement requests, providing guidance on supplier participation specifications.
• Processing and registering procurement requests in the SAP system, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to procedures. 
• Organization and coordination of the supplier bidding process. 
• Communication with suppliers.

For the Junior Procurement Officer position, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree (TEI/AEI) in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office. 
• Very good command of the English language.
• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an additional asset.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems will be highly valued.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or within a procurement environment.
