Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1/C2 level)
- Good command of English
- Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or client-facing roles is preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Working Schedule
- Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 23:00
- 5-day working week with 2 days off on a rotational basis
