ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of Ledvance, one of the world’s leading companies
in the lighting industry, is in search of an Account Manager, for its premises
in Athens.
The role will report to Head of Sales.
Responsibilities:
The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining long-term
relationships with key customers to achieve the company's sales and revenue
goals. This position requires a deep understanding of the customer’s business,
industry, and needs.
More specifically he/she will:
- Develop and maintain
strong relationships with key B2B customers.
- Act as the main
point of contact for key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Visit customers
stores. Arrange meetings with customers to discuss topics regarding business
flow, cooperation, targets, and growth plan.
- Develop customers’
sales team’s product knowledge and sales expertise through training seminars.
- Work towards
achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with
internal teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, logistics and
project team, to meet customer needs.
- Inform customer for
present or future phase out products, successors, new portfolio.
- Maintain customer
account receivables in cooperation with credit control. Communication with
customers for open payments.
- Customer technical
support in daily business and projects working together with the Project team
and csc.
- Negotiate contracts
and agreements with key customers.
- Ensure that
contractual terms are favorable for both parties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree,
preferably in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or otherwise in business
administration, marketing, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience as
a Account Manager, either in the lighting industry or building materials or in
the construction field.
- Ability to analyze
data and draw meaningful insights.
- Negotiation and
