We are currently looking for a Guest Relations Agent who is passionate about guest satisfaction, enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment, and takes pride in creating unforgettable experiences.

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will play an essential role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests with professionalism, warmth and genuine hospitality.
• Providing personalized assistance throughout the guest journey.
• Handling guest requests, inquiries and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Resolving guest concerns in a professional and service-oriented manner.
• Coordinating closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other hotel departments.
• Promoting hotel facilities, restaurants, spa services and guest experiences.
• Maintaining accurate guest records and ensuring compliance with hotel procedures.
• Building positive relationships with guests and exceeding their expectations whenever possible.

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office or a similar hospitality position, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Greek and/or additional European languages will be considered a strong advantage.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems (such as Protel, Opera or similar) will be considered an asset.
