We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer/Accountant to ensure the integrity of financial information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. You will play a key role in budgeting, reporting, and compliance for a growing international company
Job description:
- Invoicing/ Mydata digital Bookkeeping & bank reconciliation
- Update Receivables & Payables ledgers, perform reconciliations, and assist with payment processing
- Preparation of Tax/ Insurance & Labour Statutory forms
- Ergani submissions & payroll
- Preparation of monthly reports for the Head office & contribution to the Budgets’ preparation
- Filing all accounting-finance paperwork, monitoring and assisting in contract preparation
- Preparation of monthly/ yearly closings (P&L & Balance-Sheet) supporting the Annual audit by Auditors
- Provide support for other accounting or business projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting department
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles ΕΛΠ & IFRSs, tax regulations, and fiscal compliance practices
- Proficiency in ERP (e.g. Entersoftone, SAP) & HRM software (e.g. Epsilon) with strong MS Excel skills
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Greek
- Confidentiality, integrity, attention to detail, with communication and team spirit skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
