Industrial Engineer

EVIOP-TEMPO S.A., a leading company in the production of industrial electrical goods for Siemens & Phoenix Contact is currently seeking to hire a “ Industrial Engineer”, based in Vasiliko, Chalkidas.

The position reports directly to Production Manager and is mainly responsible for product engineering, development of technical solutions, and ongoing product maintenance.

​Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, optimize, and standardize manufacturing, assembly, and testing systems
• Support technical planning, design, specification, and procurement of production equipment
• Define, select, and implement tools, fixtures, and equipment to ensure stable, ergonomic, and cost-effective serial production processes
• Support production technologies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyze and optimize material and value streams (end-to-end), including container concepts and material supply processes
• Contribute to cross-functional logistics and layout planning
• Monitor and improve processes related to time management, quality, and process stability
• Develop and maintain technical methods and standards
• Collaborate closely with R&D and other departments
• Prepare production data and work instructions, and support training activities
• Take ownership of assigned technical projects

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree in Production, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Very good knowledge of CAD tools
• English proficiency (minimum B1 level)
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Lean Management and SAP will be considered an asset
